Classes
Class Descriptions:
Beginner: Focus on the fundamentals: stance, form, and punches in addition to stamina and strengthening exercises for cardio and overall conditioning.
Advanced: Work with a group of experienced people continuing to learn and understand the basic fundamentals and form of boxing while performing cardio and strength conditioning drills and exercise.
Competetive: Work with a group of very experienced people that have competed and/or are looking to do so. Continue to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning on a higher advanced level.
Private Sessions:
1:1 Sessions: 1 on 1 training, learning, and understanding of the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning.
Partner Session: Work with a partner of your choice (bestie, familia, or partner) to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning.
Closed Group Session: Form a group with 4 other people to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning. Group members may be switched from session to session.
